How does this work?
If you cannot find an adequate answer to your question in our extensive database of free information, please feel free to ask one of our board certified, American trained gynecologists your question.  Just write in your question today and you will receive an answer by e-mail by the midnight following the day.
Who am I asking?
All of our gynecologists that will answer your questions are American trained and board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  They are all licensed in the States where they practice, and have broad experience in their field.  Their name and credentials are clearly stated on our website on the about us page.  This information can be verified by the state medical boards in the states where each physician practices.
What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Our goal is to answer every gynecologic related question to your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with our answer, just send us an email stating that you are not satisfied and would like a refund.  We will credit the charge in full back to your credit card.
What if I don't get an answer on time?
If your answer is sent to you later than midnight on the day after you ask your question, we will provide the answer free of charge, guaranteed!
Can I ask a "follow-up" question?
If you are satisfied with AskMyGyn.com's answer, but you feel like you need some more information, just reply to your e-mail and ask us what you still need to know.  This process may take some extra time, so we cannot guarantee that your answer will be given before midnight.  However, we will do our best to get you a timely response.

This service is limited to follow-up questions only.  If the AskMyGyn.com physician determines that this is a new question, then you will have to start the process over again and ask a new question for a new fee.  The determination of what is considered a new question vs. a follow-up is in the discretion of AskMyGyn.com alone.
